01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the acg444 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, bonus programmes, payment services, and customer support channels operated under the acg444 brand ("the Platform"). By completing the account registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

acg444 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, acg444 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the acg444 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of your agreement with acg444.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the acg444 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. acg444 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a person under 18 years of age will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be voided, and deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source where technically feasible.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. acg444 does not warrant the legality of its services in any particular territory.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, affecting your ability to gamble on the Platform.
• Not Employed by acg444: Employees, contractors, consultants, and immediate family members of acg444 personnel are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offers.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by acg444, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if any of it changes.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the acg444 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, acg444 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. acg444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. Account Verification (KYC): acg444 may at any time, and will routinely prior to processing withdrawals, require you to submit identity verification documents. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

• Verification documents must be current, legible, and unaltered.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests made by verified players are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. acg444 processes withdrawals around the clock, including weekends and public holidays.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Identity of Beneficiary: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Pending Bonus Wagering: Funds subject to an active wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is satisfied in full.

General Bonus Rules:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.

06 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

acg444 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings, and permanent closure of the offending account without right of appeal:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sports betting markets, or bonus structures.
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or using stolen financial credentials.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in connection with sports events available for betting on the Platform.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent the one-account-per-player policy or to claim bonuses more than once.

acg444 employs automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where an investigation into a player's account is ongoing, acg444 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on that account's withdrawal capability until the investigation is concluded.

07 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not authorise you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from acg444.

09 Liability & Disclaimer

acg444 provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, acg444 does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated to players in advance wherever possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, acg444 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Loss of data, bets, or funds due to technical failures, network outages, or third-party payment provider disruptions.
• Decisions made by players based on information presented on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.
• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity conducted through the Platform.

In all circumstances, acg444's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit acg444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

acg444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳100, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account.

If your account is closed by acg444 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your last used payment method within 10 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your acg444 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method after KYC verification is confirmed.

11 Amendments to These Terms

acg444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be required to reflect changes in applicable laws or regulations, updates to Platform functionality, new payment method integrations, revised responsible gaming obligations, or other legitimate business reasons.

When amendments are made, acg444 will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date displayed at the top of the document. For amendments that materially affect players' rights or obligations, acg444 will additionally provide direct notification via the registered email address associated with each player's account at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 10. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and acg444, you should in the first instance contact the acg444 customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. acg444 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

All times and deadlines referenced in these Terms are expressed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Language of Agreement: These Terms are drafted and shall be interpreted exclusively in the English language. Any translation provided for convenience purposes does not constitute an official version of the Terms and shall have no legal effect in the event of any inconsistency with the English original.
